Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Rapir ("Operator", "we", "us") and the user of the Rapir service ("User", "you") when using the platform for generating, editing, and processing images using artificial intelligence technologies ("Service", "Platform").
By using the Service in any way (including registration, content creation, file uploads, or viewing results), you fully and unconditionally accept all terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
- "Content" — images, text prompts, uploaded files, generation parameters, and other data provided by the User.
- "Generated Content" — images, videos, and other results created by the Service based on User requests.
- "Tokens" — internal billing units used to track consumption of computational resources.
- "Plan" — subscription tier defining Service access conditions (Free, Premium, Ultra).
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Operator provides the User with access to the Platform for creating images using neural network models, editing, applying masks, style changes, and other processing operations.
The Service is provided "as is", without any warranties regarding availability, accuracy of results, fitness for particular purposes, or absence of errors.
3. User Rights and Obligations
You may use Generated Content for commercial and non-commercial purposes in accordance with your Plan limitations. You own exclusive rights to Generated Content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You must:
- Not use the Service to create content violating Russian Federation or international law (including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, extremism, defamation, third-party copyright infringement).
- Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, Plan restrictions, or moderation systems.
- Not resell Service access to third parties without Operator consent.
- Immediately report to the Operator any instances of prohibited content generation.
- Follow fair use guidelines: avoid excessive infrastructure load, do not use automated scripts for mass generation without prior coordination.
4. License to Operator
By providing Content and receiving Generated Content, you grant the Operator a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works based on your Content and Generated Content for the following purposes:
- Ensuring Service operation and improvement.
- Training, testing, and improving machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrating Platform capabilities (in marketing and educational materials).
- Compliance with legal requirements and law enforcement requests.
This license remains in effect after you stop using the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to software, algorithms, interfaces, databases, and other Platform elements belong to the Operator or its licensors.
Generated Content belongs to the User to the extent that applicable law recognizes copyright in AI system outputs. The Operator does not guarantee uniqueness or absence of overlap with other users' results.
6. Plans and Payment
Service pricing is determined by the selected Plan. The Free tier provides a limited number of tokens. Paid plans (Premium, Ultra) provide additional features and tokens.
Payment is processed through payment systems integrated with the Platform. The Operator does not store User payment card data.
Refunds are issued in accordance with Russian Federation consumer protection law. Unused tokens upon subscription cancellation are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the public offer.
7. Liability and Limitations
The Operator is not liable for Generated Content or any losses resulting from its use. The User is solely responsible for ensuring created content complies with legal requirements.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation and is not liable for temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party actions (DDoS attacks, hosting failures).
The Operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last billing period.
8. Termination
The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account through profile settings.
The Operator may suspend or terminate User access to the Service for violations of this Agreement, including creation of prohibited content, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or resource abuse.
9. Agreement Changes
The Operator may unilaterally modify these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Platform, unless a different date is specified in the new version.
Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to resolution in court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
