Consent to Personal Data Processing
Effective date: September 24, 2026
By ticking the consent box when registering with the Rapir service, or by continuing to sign in to it, including through a third-party sign-in service, I (the "User") freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Operator named in section 1 my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
This consent is given under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data'. It is a separate document and is not part of the Terms of Service (the /terms page) or the Privacy Policy (the /privacy page). How the data is processed is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
1. Operator
Operator: the Rapir service. The Operator is an individual on the Russian special tax regime «Налог на профессиональный доход» (self-employed).

2. What data
- Account data: email, username, account identifier, sign-in method, language and settings.
- Payment data and payment metadata: purchase and payment history, plan, credits, the receipt contact; buyer details for a purchase by a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.
- Content I submit to or receive in the Service: prompts and chat messages, AI assistant answers, uploaded files (including images, videos and documents), generation results, web searches the assistant runs on my request.
- Support requests and correspondence with support.
- Technical data: IP address and the country derived from it, device and browser details, cookies and similar identifiers, activity logs.
3. Purposes
- Providing the Service and performing the Terms of Service.
- Taking payments, tracking credits and subscriptions, issuing receipts and refunds.
- Support and answering requests.
- Security, abuse prevention and content moderation.
- Improving and developing the Service.
- Service emails and notifications; informational and marketing emails — with the option to opt out via the link in the email or in settings.
- Complying with the law.
Consent to web analytics is given separately — in the cookie banner on the site (section 9 of the Privacy Policy).
4. Processing actions
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
5. Transfers to third parties and abroad
I agree that the Operator may transfer my personal data to, or entrust its processing to, parties needed to provide the Service: neural network model and generation service providers, web search providers, hosting, cloud storage, CDN and DDoS protection providers, payment providers, email and notification delivery services, and analytics services — to the extent needed for the purposes in section 3.
I agree to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to other countries, including countries that do not ensure adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects, to the extent needed to provide the Service.
6. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid from the day it is given until it is withdrawn.
You can withdraw consent at any time: write to support@rapir.ai from the email on your account, or delete your account in profile settings.
After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within the timeframes set by 152-FZ, except where the law allows processing to continue without consent (for example, to perform the contract, for tax accounting or to resolve disputes). Without some of the data, it may not be possible to provide the Service.
